Discrimination in the Workplace – Notice

Jul 1, 2015

Equal PayEqual Pay for Work of Equal Value
We are currently busy with a series of articles on Discrimination in the Workplace. Part 1 of this series has been posted and Parts 2, 3 and 4 are to follow.
However, an important workplace discriminatory practice – Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value – has recently received much publicity in the media, when on 01 June 2015 the Minister of Labour issued a Code of Good Practice on equal pay for work of equal value.
We intend to post a separate article on this subject on completion of the current series.
